CBD Harmony Shop is proud to offer the most simple refund policy on the web.  Only Defective Vape Cartridges and Disposable Vapes are refundable. Items that are ingestible like edibles and CBD oil are not refundable. You have 14 days to return a defective vape cartridge or a disposable vape from the date you received it.

We must be notified of any defective items within 48 hours of delivery.  After 48 hours we are unable to accommodate any defective requests.

If you would like to initiate a return for a defective item please contact customer support by email: support@cbdharmonyshop.com for a return request. Please provide as many details as possible, including ORDER #, Full Name, Address, Phone Number, and REASON for the return. You will get further directions on shipping the package back to us. We will email you a label and the item must be returned to us. Any refund, store credit or replacement will be issued once the return has been received and processed.

Refunds are processed within 24-72 hours of your returned package being marked as delivered to us.
